A Birthday Post and Trip Blog

Well, 2011 was to be when I learned to blog, but I did not do so well.  Maybe with a year of more events I will be better about posting.  After much confusion things are starting to fall into place.  I have my same job for now, we just bought a new truck and are looking for campers.  Lots to look forward to!

We had a wonderful get away to Santa Fe last week which did a lot for my mental health.  We left Colorado in the midst of a 30" snow storm.  Work was cancelled, the car was shoveled out and Bruce was home early so we took off a day early.  No problem with the roads and south of Colorado Springs it was dry so we made it to Santa Fe friday night.

Santa Fe was cold but clear so we were able to hike, eat, shop galleries and hang out.
